Cancellation Policy

Your time is important….and so is mine. Things unplanned do arise but my policy is simple. Cancel within 12 hours of your appointment and we are okay. Cancel within that 12 hour gap and I’ve lost a potential client that could have booked that slot. My cancellation fee is 20% of the service price. If a cancellation fee us collected 3 times you will no longer be able to book online. Please call or text me at 917.586.9098.
